Starter on how to set up, reset and master the EVE mechanical timer for your lights.
First locate the 2 black wires that are connected to the lights. Then get your EVE outlet lights timer and plug in the 2 black wires to each side respectively.Okay, now let's get started!
Procedures:
1. Turn the dial clockwise so that it points to your current time (the hour and if it is AM or PM). The timer is broken down into 30 minute intervals, so it is okay if the time isn't precise down to the minute as long as the arrow is generally near the right time.
2. Pull up all the pins from the timer. Then push down on the pins for the times you want the lights to be on. Each pin is 30 minutes so for an hour, there are 2 pins.
Note that lights should be on for 18 hours if it is non-flowering plants and should be on for 12 hours if it is flowering plants.
3. Locate the gray switch on the top of the EVE outlet lights timer. Swipe it to the "Timer on" to activate the lights timer function. If the gray switch was at "Outlet on" the lights will be on for 24/7.
4. Plug it into the wall and you are done!
